ShopUp is a Tunisian marketplace connecting sellers and buyers for the sale of new and second-hand products. Access and use of the platform implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Any user wishing to place an order or sell products must create an account. Information provided must be accurate and up to date. ShopUp reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of suspicious activity.
Offered products are described with the highest accuracy. However, images are non-contractual. Prices are listed in Tunisian Dinar (TND), including all taxes, excluding delivery fees.
An order is only confirmed upon approval by the seller. ShopUp notifies the customer by email once validated. The seller remains responsible for shipping and adhering to fulfillment times.
Estimated delivery times are 48h–72h and may vary by location. Shipping fees are clearly indicated prior to order confirmation. The customer must check the package upon receipt.
Customers have a 7-day period to return non-conforming or defective items. Return shipping fees may apply unless caused by seller error. Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or online with secure payment gateways. ShopUp never stores confidential banking credentials.
Personal data is processed in full compliance with Tunisian personal data protection regulations. Data is never shared with third parties without prior explicit consent.
ShopUp is not a direct party to disputes between buyers and sellers but makes every effort to facilitate amicable resolution.
ShopUp reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Modified terms take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
